Follow these steps to adding links:

1. Login to WordPress admin dashboard.
2. Go to Appearance > Homepage Settings in the WordPress menu.
3. Choose the layout.
4. You also have the option to enable or disable the sidebar. Under Remove Sidebar, select the setting you need.
5. Click on Save & publish button.
